How are USDT transfer fees calculated on TRON?

Energy is used first to cover fees. Without energy, TRX is burned from your account. A normal USDT transfer needs ~65,000 energy or ~6.5 TRX. If the recipient has no USDT or an inactive account, ~131,000 energy or ~13 TRX is required (~0.3 TRX bandwidth may apply).

What is energy for? How much can I save on fees?

Energy covers transfer fees. Without energy, a USDT transfer costs ~6.5 TRX. With rented energy, the cost is ~2.8 TRX (2.5 TRX rental + 0.345 TRX bandwidth), saving about 3 TRX per transaction. Rental price is shown live on the page.

How do I get TRX energy? Where does the platform's energy come from?

Energy can be obtained by staking TRX, renting from our platform, or receiving delegation. Each staked TRX yields ~12 energy (decreasing as total network stake grows). Staked TRX cannot be traded; unfreezing takes ~14 days. Platform energy mainly comes from our own TRX staking.

How is the USDT/TRX exchange rate calculated?

The rate is based on Binance's latest USDT/TRX price, updated every minute, with a small platform fee deducted.

What if my purchase or swap doesn't arrive?

Contact support promptly. While rare due to blockchain delays, issues occur in roughly 1 in 100,000 transactions.

Can I get a refund if I don't use rented energy?

No refunds. When the rental period expires, energy is automatically reclaimed regardless of usage.
